I'm startin' to lose my calm on this..
Honestly.. Yesterday it kicked me out 4 times - Connection lost to the host, followed by initialization errors.
Losing pips, waste of lifetime AND penalties.
Today again - same crap. Already at 30minutes.
Had a technician here today on my costs, since my provider already told me on the phone that my glass fiber connection is fine.
Those 300k BPs you just gave out - which was nice - doesn't mean anything at the moment when your server trouble penalizes me for stuff that's not on my end..
Is there any official statement on this which I'm too dumb to find?
