New Survivor Perks
Perhaps for an engineer or inventor type of survivor named Jack, like the tv show character McGyver.
1. His perk HARD WIRE is a gadget that is an auto charger at a 5% rate that can charge a generator that does not have a survivor on it. And the survivor loses 5% of their repair speed when not using an item until the auto charger that they placed is no longer active. Once a survivor starts to work the generator or the killer kicks the generator the auto charger is destroyed. Only once per trial per survivor.
If 5% is too much of a boost then the 5% rate can be removed entirely. I'll leave it up to the devs.
2. JACK OF ALL TRADES is a perk that activates after a chase and losing the killer, Jack can send out a ground gadget (I'll let the devs figure out what that is) that quickly rolls on the ground for 4 seconds leaving behind scratches that lead away from the survivor that placed it for 4 seconds. The gadget creates its own random path during that time.
3. MASTER OF NOTHING is a perk that allows a survivor to break free of the second hook phase only. You've learned that everything functions on a frequency or signal, and you've learned to interrupt it. When on a second hook phase your interruption gadget activates requiring the survivor to put in 6 quick inputs. When done correctly will cause the hook to fall down. After the hook falls endurance and haste are granted like normal, but the survivor's aura can also be seen for 10 secs.

I hope this is a new item for survivors?
Because for a perk, it is frankly useless and few people will take it.
