Parts of the map invisible and leave me stuck in the air (PS4)

I was playing a custom match with some of my friends as a survivor on the Groaning Storehouse map and after going up to the hill, I found that the generator was not only submerged in the hill but that I could also submerge myself into the rock. This issue seemingly only happened on my end as according to my friends I looked normal and was just pressing against the rock instead of being submerged inside it. I also found that I could float on top of the Hill if I approached it from a certain angle which can be seen in some of the photos I took.
