PC - Crash while sabotaging a hook

The survivor on their first hook DC'ed (probably crashed) as I was running to them to rescue. I was almost there when they disconnected. They had a full commodious toolbox with an unused brand new part which I looted from the hook. When I used the cursed toolbox later in the game to get my 4th sabo for the daily ritual, the game crashed to desktop with 0 progress on my daily. I submitted an Unreal Engine error report.
