Disconnecting when DbD not in focus

Hi there, i run DbD an a win10 System with 2 Monitors. I have the issue that after queueing for a match, if i shift to another window like browser or such, the game may disconnect me while loading, and even giving me a dc-penalty, even though i never load into the match.
That might be working as intended, but it seems like a bug to me.

I've always had this issue and I'm tired of it.

Sometimes there's no penality, tho.
