Cannibal bugs with DBD 6.6.1 latest patch

After destroying a wood door with the Cannibal's chainsaw, the chainsaw didn't recharge anymore. Maybe i had only 1 charge before the smash, but i am not sure. I didn't count my remaining chainsaw charges. Stucked at 0 charge. This never happened me before. Only with the latest DBD 6.6.1 patch.
The Cannibal's chainsaw is invisible in the endgame screen. This bug is not new, but BHVR didn't fix yet, so i report it too.
