I was able to walk out of the map

Hey folks,
Strangely, the Haddonfield map was missing a wall tile and had blood pools (?) where the wall tile was. I was able to walk out of the map zone and walk around the map. We eventually called the killer over and had them walk around the map with us. We jumped off the map and respawned on map. Please see logs and 2 video links.
