Console Cages of atonement spawning in unreachable locations on Lery's

it's been a few patches since this happened but I haven't seen any bug fix in the notes about it, I wasn't playing killer or the person hooked so I can't add any information on that.
The cage spawned in a back corner and there was an invisible barrier that prevented anyone from saving the person in the cage, It was in a customs match.
