XB1-Infinite Post-Match Loading Screen

I was playing The Plague in a public lobby. Upon completing the match, I found that there was an infinite post-match screen of The plague walking where no post-match stats are shown. To be able to play again, I restart the game, however, after loading back in I do not gain the bloodpoints or tome challenge progress from the previous match.
This occurs after almost every match I play. This seems to happen regardless of map, perks, add-ons, or offerings.
The loadout that I was using the last time this happened:
Pop Goes the Weasel, Thanatophobia, Corrupt Intervention, and Monitor and Abuse.
