the wiggle system is bugged. unable to accurately assess if you can wiggle out of killers grasp

Do you have a clip of this? Is this always happening or was it one time? Which perks did the killer have?
there is a perk (Mad Grit, teachable Legion perk) which lets your wiggle progress stop once they hit a surv
