Is ingame report enough for bad manner in chat?

Is it necessary to also report them over the support page? I never get any respond or anything, i do know that cheater need to get reported over support page also, with a video prove, but is that the same with abusive language?

Depends on that you define as BM ,, Like saying " GG EZ GET REKT" is what we would call competitive trash talk / bm but nowhere near reportable ,,,racials slurs / death threats and similar things sure are reportable and in game report should be enough
