I lost most of my characters

As of title, I lost most of them. The last time I saw these characters was this morning March 16th at 5am about. An they were missing around 4pm March 16th. I Uninstalled and reinstalled in hopes it would fix but it did not. I even tried to re-download a DLC an once I did that it told me I had to buy it again. Please someone help me out if anyway. I contacted DBD but they still haven't responded. Play on Xbox One S
