Has their been a fix to the missing DLC issue?

I upgraded from PS4 to PS5 and some Killers and Survivors i had bought are now locked again. Im unsure if they are locked on my ps4 right now, will check in the future. I know this issue has been highlighted in the past. I was curious if there had been a solution to this yet or not.

Which characters are missing and which region are you from?
in some regions, the Stranger Things DLC can’t be brought over
