A few suggestions to make the bloodweb less of a chore

I feel as if the bloodweb has unfortunately become a chore to late game players. Once the initial excitement of progression has burnt out and all your characters have access to everyone else's perks, the bloodweb quickly becomes something that I usually find myself having to actively set time aside to complete, especially with the bloodpoints cap making it wasteful not to do so.

I wanted to suggest a couple changes to the bloodweb that might make it a faster process, without changing the basic fundamentals of it too much.

  • The ability to purchase multiple items in the bloodweb by selecting an item ahead, and having the game automatically purchase all items that pave the way to that item (prioritising by price, then randomly chosen but consistent). The optimal path would be highlighted in the same red outline as when you hover over an item, and the total price would replace the end item’s price.
    • As for the entity blocking items, the player would have to account for this themselves by learning it’s behaviour, and the game would simulate and interrupt the path if the entity gets in the way, rather than telling the player ahead of time.
  • Single click items in the bloodweb, similar to the recent change to rift challenges.
  • Show players how much of an item their character has when hovering over an item in the bloodweb for convenience when deciding what to buy.

I'm kind of getting tired mentioning that the devs have recently said that they're looking into solutions for the Blood Web Spending crisis.

Maybe wait until they say what their idea is or something.
