Will switching store country make me lose everything I own ?

I explain: I bought my switch in japan when I was living there and also bought a physical copy of Dead by Daylight with it. I played for at least 3 years and accumulated many cosmetics and DLCs. I just moved to Europe and since I changed bank accounts and everything, I can no longer buy anything on the Nintendo shop (including Auric Cells) since the cards don't match the country anymore. After some research, I'll be able to change my account's shop in April but I'm scared that changing the account country/shop might make me lose my items and progress in-game. Anyone here who's done this before who can confirm it won't happen ? I'm genuinely scared T-T

    No, your purchases and progress are stored on BHVR servers and are tied to your account independently from your store-region. You should be good to go. Actually you should switch your region to the one your are living in as it might violate game rules to get access to foreign countries stores(not sure on that though)

    Yes, I'm also changing for this specific reason too, I know of the rules concerning the different stores and it's refusing to let me pay for anything anyway since I don't have a japanese card anymore. I just need to wait out the end of my Nintendo Online subscription to change my account's region and be good to go, I was just uncertain what it would do to the game and my purchases done there.
