Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

Dead man's switch is annoying for the wrong reasons.

Dead man's switch activates when a survivor let go a generator, but it also make the perk take effect when more than 1 survivor are working on the gen, 2 are working, 1 is on hook and 1 is being chased, 1 decide to leave the gen to rescue but because they let go the gen is blocked even tho someone was still holding the gen.


it is kind of a nerf but I think the perk would be way less annoying if it triggers when all the survivors let go of the gen instead of only 1 if there's more than 1 working on it so the one who wants to keep working isn't punished because his teammate let go the gen.

    If you're on a gen with a teammate and you don't want this to happen, you can leave while the killer is still carrying/right before the hook happens. DMS doesn't need any more nerfs.
