Killer "Burn" SFX not present on killer POV

While a Survivor is attempting to blind he Killer, there used to be a SFX (Sound Effect) that sounded like burning. This effect still remains on the Survivor POV, as it is used as an indication that the player is successfully aiming at the Killer's eyes. This SFX used to be present on the Killer POV as well, but has been absent for 6+ months. This bug is also prevalent when being burned as The Wraith or The Nurse.
*It is important to fix this, as:
1. This SFX is used by people with light sensitivity to know when to look away from their screen.
2. Being successfully burned and stunned by a Survivor may be confusing, especially if the Survivor burning you is not in your FOV.
3. Overall a good indicator for in-game mechanics.
*How to reproduce:
Load into a match and get blinded as The Killer.
This bug happens 100% of the time.
