what killer should i buy next (give explanation)(could also just be for perks)
dredge, legion, skull merchant, trickster, twins, oni, artist, deathslinger. which one

Heavily depends what killers you are enjoying currently
just gonna say that Oni and Trickster are a no go on controller. Twins and Deathslinger also to some degree

There could be 3 criteria:
- killer strength
- killer fun/looks
- perks
The one that meet all three, in my opinion, is hot crow-mommy.
Deathslinger not strong, but fun, if you like FPS.
Twins is kinda fun (i don't know why everyone hate them), but that's all
Legion has good perk.
Oni is strong (but has high skill-floor)
Dredge - not everybody's cup of tea, but pretty fun

Twins is fun, but can feel clunky due to their long cooldowns from switching. Dont buy Twins for their perks unless you want a Hoarder build for Cenobite. Has good snowball potential if you get good with Victor
I suck at Deathslinger, but good deathslings spike fear in me. DMS goes well with Pain Res from Artist
Legion has good built in slowdown as long as you hit your frenzy hits. I dont particularly find them fun to play as due to them being primarily an M1 killer. Decent perks
I have no opinion on Trickster except that his perks are pretty decent, if not build dependent
Skull Merchant....I'd hold off until people test her new haste buffs
Dredge has an ok antiloop and decent mobility, perks are meh
Artist has pretty good antiloop and Pain Res is a decent perk
Oni can start really slow but can have REALLY good snowball potential, perks are terrible
