Skull Merchant bugged - could not place more than 1 drone at a time in Eyrie of Crows

I have no idea if it has anything to do with the map or whatever. At first, I thought I was dumb and it had something to do with the borders of the map, but then I noticed no matter where I was, if I had one drone up I could not place the other 3. Thank god I recorded it and I'm including the clip in this post. You can see in the video I don't get the prompt to place drones in situations I should be able to (you can even hear me smashing my M2 LMAOOOOO)
