It's too early to really have a feel yet, but...

All of these changes seem like massive wins, overall!

A few points of concern:

  1. I think the medkit and CoH nerfs are pretty fantastic! I think the differences between the tiers of medkits are so little that it makes them practically all the same, which is quite boring, but maybe also not a bad thing since getting any rarity of medkits from bloodwebs is so easy now. I do however think that the altruistic healing speed of medkits should maybe be more, to really make it a question of whether to use the medkit to heal someone else or to heal yourself. As things stand, saving it for yourself will be the right choice 90% of the time, probably.
  2. I worry that 24 seconds to heal someone else at base in all situations could be problematic. Killers knowing that they have 8 more seconds to return to the hook could increase tunneling rates. I realize that this could somewhat be countered by simply running away from the hook after unhooking to heal or having a community-wide We'll Make It/Resurgence meta, but running We'll Make It can 'waste' a perk slot and running away to a corner of the map to heal could waste a lot of time if the killer doesn't tunnel. It isn't realistic, but it might be healthy if healing was faster after unhooking.
  3. The new Dead Hard nerf might finally be enough to stop people from using it so often, but a significant Dead Hard nerf always needed to come with a Sprint Burst nerf. The Sprint Burst meta wasn't fun the first time around, and it won't be fun now either. I'd suggest nerfing it's duration to 2.5 seconds and increasing it's Exhaustion timer to 50-60 seconds.
  4. Gearhead really needed a sound effect to let you know that it triggered, imo from trying to get value with it in the past. The Overzealous buff probably isn't enough right now (especially since CoH had it's Hopes Shattered), but if we ever see a prominent Hex meta again it'll probably be pretty good.
  5. There's enough posts on this, but Billy's engravings did not need nerfs.

I liked everything that wasn't mentioned!

I am excited for the healing nerf, but I think it will need to be monitored very closely. I wouldn't be surprised if BHVR already has a backup play ready, to reduce the healing time to 20 seconds. If the 24 seconds really turn out to be too much.

However, my biggest worry is camping. With healing taking longer, camping will become even more effective. They will 100% have to increase the hook phase duration to at least 70 seconds, and probably also remove hook grabs, with the nerf to healing. Nerfing healing to 24 seconds is the perfect opportunity to finally nerf camping, which people have been asking for for so long.

I also share your worries about Sprint Burst, but I think I will prefer a Sprint Burst meta over a DH meta. I didn't even consider DH op, just so annoying and exhausting.
