Removing Self-Heal from CoH Isn’t A Good Idea
Currently on live it takes 24 seconds to heal yourself with CoH (16 with a medkit with no speed buffs) without any other healing speed buffs. If base kit self-healing speed is going to increase from 16 to 24 seconds. That means it would take 36 seconds to heal yourself with CoH. If it takes that long to self heal I can’t see a reason to remove self-heal from the perk. This basically makes it a weaker, and more situational version of old Self Care which wasn’t good back then either. You’d be better off just running We’ll Make It instead if this goes through.
This change would hurt Solo Queue survivors more than anything which is going to deter people from playing unless they have friends to play with.

Not sure how chasing away a lot of the playerbase is a good idea but hey to each their own.

CoH was far stronger than any other healing perk and its previous nerfs did very little to address the problems with it. It made efficient self-healing available to your entire team for just 1 perk slot and was ridiculously overpowered.
I disagree with the base healing time being increased, that change is overkill. The problems were medkits and CoH, and they have been addressed. Normal healing did not need to be nerfed on top of that.
