Blank lobby bug

While using the bloodweb if I level up as the game finds a match it will due the usual load into a lobby but once the lobby loads in there's nothing no survivors no music just nothing but it still acts like I'm in the lobby but I can't back out of it. Instead I'm forced to close and reopen the game. Now as it still thinks I'm in a lobby the timer will still go down and the match "starts" thing is I never enter the match I'm instead still in the lobby meaning if I were to close the game it would more then likely see it as a DC which would cause a DC penalty.
