Perk balance feedback

In general, I really think the perks need to be balanced out a lot more. It just stinks having perks that are laughably bad (surveillance and boil over being some of them), to having some that are alright but not really good enough to warrant taking often (unrelenting or lightweight)  then to have a small pool of perks that are must haves or should have most of the time (hex ruin, self care, BBQ, etc). I really just think they need to buff the weaker perks so that they can actually be just as viable as the top tier perks. I would even consider nerfing some God perks if it came along with buffs for the weaker perks. The game just limits your choices for builds since some perks you have to take. Don't get me wrong, I love some of the top tier perks but I bet that's the case for most players, which it is a shame that we have some perks that just are foolish to take sadly.

Decisive strike should be removed or remaked.

There are about 20 or so horrendously bad perks.

Then about 40 more perks that aren’t good enough to justify using over the current meta perks.

Forget nerfing top tier perks right now, there are so many perks that need adjustments first.

Yeah that's true. I think going that route would be more productive for sure
