Prove me wrong but we need this

roundhouse kick from leon as a perk. It's only usable a few seconds after getting injured but can slow the killer a bit to get away. It also has a longer exhausted cd.
Any ideas to make this viable?

It would be cool if they made Leon have a special round kick kicking animation.
