I've decided to get this achievement because dead hard will be nerfed again and I don't want to deal with 1 health state thanks to no mither. I escaped with David's unique perks through the exit gates 2 different times and none of them has unlocked the achievement for some reason. I also restarted my Xbox but nothing helped.
