Game Crashes Tied To Weskers Power (Maybe)
I was playing wesker, the game was going well, until I rebounded off a wall on bloodlodge at the top of the main building on the balcony, turned around and bounded again, then the game crashed, heres the crash notes if needed as they were worded by the crash handler [Fatal error: [File:Unknown] [Line: 198] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0006 - 'HUNG')

I have also racked up a day worth of matchmaking bans due to game crashes, if there is someone I can talk to about that, I would love to get the bans resolved cus I feel like I can no longer play the game without being hit with another crash and another undeserved matchmaking penalty.
