Thats not a direct proof, EAC will only tell you whether a program is bannable, i asked them to same thing about emulators, and they told me its not bannable, and yet emulators are not in the white list

The only person with an auto response issue problem here is you since a member of the forums got a very detailed response from EAC. Which stated that while EAC doesn't actively scan for MLGA if it detects your running it and flags it YOU WILL GET BANNED.
There is absolutely no confusion there, the system decides whether your program is suspicious or not and if it determines it's suspicious and bans you for it YOU'RE BANNED. AT which point YOU'RE BANNED and BHVR won't overturn it.
As far as the streamers that use it big deal, they got the same auto response the original poster here got who told by BHVR what you've been told. They then decided to follow u with EAC and got the more detailed response as stated above.
EAC has not approved MLGA otherwise it'd be on their list of Whitelisted aka officially approved programs ands to show your lie for what it is yet again here.

If you read his other comments, it's clear he's of the mentality that if enough people abuse something, the devs will work more quickly to remove it. Of course, anyone with common sense knows that's bullshit. It's like destroying public property because your taxes are too high; you're making the country worse for everyone and the government is just going to take it out of your taxes anyway.

You just completely failed yet again, that response is from November 2017, the link to EAC's website shows it's not whitelisted and is accurate as of today.
If and they've said this before the automated system detects MLGA and flags it as suspicious and bans you for it YOU'RE BANNED, no if's and's or but's about it. So no matter what you say or how you twist it it's not on their whitelisted programs list so if the system decides to ban you you're banned.
You keep changing your story, 1st it was it's officially approved by BHVR and EAC, then when confronted with facts and your lying being exposed you went to a new lie.
Then it was well It's whitelisted by EAC and the streamers say it's ok to use but when confronted with the fact that EAC's own website says it's not whitelisted.
You then change your story again saying it's approved by them, it hasn't been given an ok because if it had it'd be whitelisted. Since it hasn't been whitelisted it hasn't been approved by them thus your lie has been exposed yet again.
Oh and just because a streamer says something is ok doesn't make it so since if we go by your logic when streamers say it's ok to hack that makes it ok. If a streamer says it's ok to rage quit that makes it ok, itf they say it's ok to be racist that makes it ok according to you.
So again put your money where your claims are if you're so sure you know what you're talking about since EAC has said it's not approved and thus not on their whitelist.

Again nowhere on that list is MLGA approved and or whitelisted which means it's not approved.
BHVR has said it's not approved, no matter how you try and twist it, troll or anything else it's not approved and is use at your own risk.
Because pulling up year old posts that're outdated when newer information has clearly said otherwise shows you're just here to troll.
