Adrenaline does not heal when you 4% off hook

Platform: Steam - PC

Date: 03/30/2023

Time: approximately 20:05 CST

Map: Ormund

Perks: Adrenaline, We'll Make It, Balanced Landing, Botany

Survivor: Kate

Killer: The Doctor

Other Survivors: Feng Min, Claudette, Yui Kimura

My first hook, I was able to escape the hook by myself. Adrenaline activated the speed boost but not the healing perk. The last generator had been completed, so I should have healed. I don't see the difference between successfully escaping the hook and being unhooked by a team mate.
