In a match today, after escaping I went to spectate the players left in the match, and the Thalita player had her hair cosmetic unsynced with the rest of her body. it seems it somehow separated from the animations of her body, and was instead floating in the default position.
I'm fairly certain it is her prestige outfits for the head and body but i'm not 100% sure
