Can't vault or slide/drop pallets

Description of the issue:
While playing as Kate Denson ( perk: Windows of opportunity, Boon: Cirlcle of healing, Lightweight and Sprint burst)
While being in the terror radius and chased (killer behind kate) Try to stun the killer/ vault in a window/ or vault pallet kate doesn't budge and stand still while button R1 is pressed.
How often does this occur: 3/4 of the time.
