What's problem with Bubba's movement?
During a Chainsaw Sweep Cannibal reaches his Chainsaw Sweep maximum movement speed after 60% of his first charge. This code is very problematic, because it makes some addons much weaker and makes Carburetor Tunning Guide completely bugged.
Cannibal is broken since Twins release (December 2020). This bug got acknowledged a few times, but the problem is still in the game.
Before Twins DLC, Cannibal was reaching his maximum movement speed always after 0.6 seconds, not 60% of his first charge and that's why Carburetor Tunning Guide wasn't bugged & Chili addons were decent.

Award Winning Chili & Chili addons - the fact Bubba reaches maximum speed after 60% of his first charge makes Chili addons much weaker than they should be. With duration addons first charge is much longer than base kit and that's why Bubba needs more time to reach maximum speed. It makes Chili addons viable just with speed addons (on high level).
Carburetor Tunning Guide makes Bubba tremendously slow during a Chainsaw Sweep. With this addon Cannibal needs 4.5 seconds to reach maximum speed. It makes this addon even worse than Speed Limiter.
On the video, you can see the difference between Carburetor Tunning Guide (bugged) & Depth Gauge Rake (working correct) - these addons have the same speed penalty.
