21:9 Aspect Ratio Switch to 16:9 Issues

Issues in the 16:9 switch button (for UW 21:9 Monitors)
1- Main menu is still in 21:9 (you can't see Nemesis Head and other tall killers)
2- The screen effects cover more of the screen than normal 16:9 Aspect ratio (Deep wound, Plague's Poison... etc.) [I can't see much when they exist] *That's a huge issue I'm struggling with!
3- When playing the twins, switching to Victor switches the screen back to Zoomed 21:9
I'm really grateful for the 16:9 switch button you guys added, hopefully these issues get fixed soon.
