Xbox Series X - Whiffing to Success Achievement Bugged

At some point during one of the updates in the past couple months I noticed this achievement just stopped tracking altogether. I’ve seen a handful of other people notice this here and other forums on various platforms. I understand the requirements for this achievement, and I have been stuck at 74% for months. It just completely stopped tracking Whiffing to Success.
Please tell me this is a known issue with a fix incoming? I have 209/214 achievements in this game, purchased every DLC and I’ve already endured countless bugs to get to this point. It would be nice to feel like progress is being made. I’ve used multiple characters and varying perks to no avail. But my primary character is Leon. Thank you in advance!
