I personally really like the changes to the ptb. Now it's great and love you reverted the billy engravings. But this got me thinking we billy enjoyers only use 3 of he's add-ons because he's other add-ons are so bad.
Is there any plans on making an add-on pass on billy? If not please consider it the community loves billy and he needs some love. And with better add-ons we are going to see more interest in billy and that's what we all want

I remember there were proposed add-ons that would take advantage of Hillbilly's cooldown. A shame they got scrapped for some reason.
