Ultimate survivor buff

There's only one problem coming to DBD. Nerfing killers again and buffing really good and opressive teams.

For example:

On PTB CoH was very weak because the base healing got nerfed. With 16 seconds this perk is fine without self heal ability... although it got buffed so you have free we will make it for you all team... This means this perk will remain S tier in SWF but it got slightly nerfed in soloq ( still worth it to play ).

DH: Every single killer was hoping that some day this perk will be removed and eventually it was almost done. Although on PTB it got buffed for crying DH abusers so this won't change anything. Why don't you make this perk have 2 charges ?

Regression:

Survivors are crying about gen kick meta, but doing this makes you loose pressure and grants survivors time to run. Im not so sure but if they actually decided to leave healing as it is shouldn't they do same with slowdown ? I know Pain Resonance is annoying a bit, but they could nerf like 1 or 2 %.

Maybe Hex: Ruin should be buffed like OC granting ramping regression speed from 90% to 145% over 25 or 30 seconds ?

Wish they would buff pop slightly like giving it 25% of current progress ( cannot excess 20% of max progress ) and cancel regression perks nerf.

    CoH was weak because of two things tho: Healing nerfs and it losing the ability to heal self. It still didn't regain the latter, so I doubt it will be an S tier in SWF. It could be decent but not S tier. (and I think it dies in soloq tbh or you would see it less)

    DH is still worthless while being tunneled, unless the killer didn't hit your Endurance. Atleast these changes will guarantee you won't face DH in the first chase!

    Imo, Pain Reno (with these changes) should lose it's Scourge Hook requirement. It's weird that it has two restrictions tbh.

    Ruin could have it's numbers slightly buffed in general like to 125% or 150%.

    And pop could improve your base kick by... x% idk.

    CoH is dead. It has long setup time, requires travel there and back and saves you only 8s. In most games it's going to net in more time spent then saved. But it also takes perk slot...

    The only place where the perk has any sense is no comms SWF or soloQ - just because of aura.

    Overall I would be surprised if the perk got higher usage then say reactive healing.
