Nowhere to Hide perk does not reveal survivors in the dying state

which is a shame, because that seems like it would be exclusively useful for a survivor trying to hide while bellycrawling on the floor
Desktop, always occurs, i have a general feeling this is one of those 'feature not a bug' situations but i still dont like it lol
