Switch-forced dcing out of games for no reason and kicked from my own lobby for no reason

My internet is amazing, I can game and watch streams on it all day but as soon as I play Dead by Daylight I will get forced out of matches with no warning and I can't even spectate. I will get forced out of my own lobby and I can't even SWF without being forced out. This is making the game almost unplayable for me, can you please help me find the issue
