Skull Merchant power was unusable

Had a match on midwich with skull merchant. From the beginning of the match, was unable to place any drones, and could not for the entirety, no matter where I stood. I could look at the tracking pda, but no drone placement.
I was using the rare addon powdered glass, and the very rare addon geographical readout.
Perks were brutal strength, bamboozle, fire up, and enduring.
I apparently do not have permissions to post the log, but I have it saved.
I also have a post game screenshot of the survivors and my perks, addons, and offerings.
