PC - Blight Rush UI remains after completing rush

Step 1 : Play Blight
Step 2 : Use Rush ability as intended.
Step 3 : Complete rush, either by using all charges, using attack, breaking object, or being stunned.
Step 4 : Rush UI around border of screen remains after Rush is complete and remains for the rest of the game. Is both a distraction and limits visibility while walking as the animation is flashy.
Additional information
- Perks played - Only using Spies from the Shadows (remaining perk slots empty)
- Map does not seem to affect.
- Frequency appears to be every game over the past few days, making a post now as Blight is unplayable in this condition.
