PS4 - Skull Merchant Bloodweb Error

I’ve been having trouble putting bloodpoints into Skull Merchant. Every single time I try to put bloodpoints into her, a “Bloodweb can not be updated” error will pop up and throw me back into the loading screen. I’ve tried putting bloodlines into other characters and they’re all fine, Skull Merchant is just the only one with this problem. The only item in Skull Merchant’s bloodweb that’s available at the moment is Prototype Rotor
