Perk Tiers...
I think we should just remove them. Sure, the grind isnt as bad as it was, but still having to prestige a character 3 times to get their perks at full potential on everyone else is a bit tedious.
If they were removed, I would change the perk rarity to the unused blue rarity that exists in the game files.
Additionally with this, there could be an option for you to change the perk backgrounds to any color you want, anything from yellow to iridescent, even event backgrounds.
And/or, you could SELL different perk backgrounds in the shop or rift. I feel this would add a decent level of customization to the game.

I agree but they aren't gonna do it. They want to keep a good bit of the grind to keep us coming back to play. If there wasn't a grind Lot of people would have no goal to push for a would play something else.

I think this will not be such a hot topic once new bloodweb comes live. If you played for some time, then getting a lot of bloodpoints before new killer/survivor is released is not such a big deal. This thing would only help newer players and at the same time make bloodpoints that much more meaningless - so I doubt they will be willing to do that

I don't find it boring, it's fun to see Perks at his fullest level. It's so satisfying and rewarding after all the effort.
Your idea will make this a boring game and there is nothing to gain because everything is ready
What then do you want all the Add-Ons ready and do not need to buy because buying them is boring?
