Problem with payment, didn't get the bonus

I buyed the 2250 pack of auric cells from steam. I got the auric cells without problem, but I didn't get the bonus 12.5% extra (the total of auric cells would be 2531 aprox instead of 2250).
Is this normal?

The bonus cells are already included in the 2250, it's worked from the base 500 AC's...so for example the 2nd pack is 1100 cells which is inclusive of 10% bonus....so 1000 AC plus 10%. The pack you purchased is including 12.5% bonus so 2000AC's plus the 12.5% to give you 2250 AC's.
