Black Ward Offering Working Incorrectly On Twins

The Add-On "Silencing Cloth" does not get saved when using the Black Ward Offering when playing as Twins. Played at least 5 matches where the Black Ward failed to prevent the loss of this specific Add-On, while correctly saving the other Add-On equipped, "Bloody Black Hook". I played different maps each game.
