Ada Wong RE4 Remake

Hey, with the recent release of Resident Evil 4 Remake, I noticed Ada was sporting a new look. Is there anyway that her RE4make look would be added to the game? I would love for this to be a cosmetic. I'd even like to see Leon's Pinstripe suit as well :)
