Family Share Not Working

So, my boyfriend has every chapter that we can buy, and he was using family share so i don't have to buy the chapters. But two days ago while i was bloodwebbing Haddie my game got buggy. So i closed it and opened it. But when i reopened my game, every single dlc survivor and killer was behind a paywall. I checked and I was still in the family share, we tried to solve it through Reddit users that also had the same issues but we couldn't. Please help..
