How do you deal with houses as Nurse

Been having quite a bit of success with nurse,I can easily play tiles,shack and even indoor maps(besides lerrys $$$$ that map) however certain structures give me a great headache. I struggle to deal with houses found in maps such as Badham and Haddonfield.I would appreciate some advice from more seasoned nurse players.
