Do stealth killers and killers that go undetectable still disturb crows if they go near them?

I know that as a killer, you disturb crows if you walk near them but I'm not to sure if that's also the case when you go undetectable or if they only get disturbed when you touch them

    Yes, stealth killers still trigger crows.
