Missing sound effects for Dredge and Skull Merchant cosmetics

Dredge's 'Memory of Maurice' makes the default sound when using a basic attack, this has been bugged for at least two patches now I think.
Skull Merchant's 'Cyber Assassin' has a silent weapon too, you only hear the killer's own grunt.
Platform: Steam, PC, Windows 10.
