Dead Hard bugged?

Wasn't DH supposed to stay active when you use it without the Killer hitting you? (for example when you accidentally use it)

It deactives now no matter if the Killer hits you or not (which makes the point of being an Exhaustion perk even more questionable).

    No this has never been a thing with Dead Hard. It deactivates when it is used - whether it's succesfully used or not.
