Add more disconnection icons

The game should differentiate in general between purposefully disconnect, client issues and network issues.
Add two icons showing these things and remove penalties for crashes/network issues or add game rejoining for network related dc's.

How do you propose the network self-diagnoses itself that it isnt working?

Verily simple, the game is definitely able to detect a purposeful disconnect by pressing on leave match or pressing alt+f4. If these things do not cause the disconnect, it most likely, has been a networking issue or maybe even a client issue. The server should most likely receive a error code for the reason of disconnection.
